Fall Quarter, Prytanean holds its Membership
Drive in order to recruit a new class
of wonderful,
inspiring, and impressive women! We also
hold a Mini Membership Drive during
the Spring Quarter so that girls who will
be studying abroad in the Fall have an opportunity
to become Prytaneans as well!

Prytanean's Spring Mini-Membership Drive
If you are studying abroad or will not be in Davis this Fall 2012, please apply now during our Spring Mini-Membership Drive. You will submit an application and attend an interview during SPRING QUARTER 2012, and acceptance will be determined during our regular application process during Fall Quarter 2012.
How to Apply:
1. Complete the following application and provide a resumé. Place two copies of the completed application, twocopies of your resumé, and two copies of a photograph of yourself (which must also be emailed to prytmembership@gmail.com) in an envelope and turn in the entire application package to:
Box 197 in the Center for Student Involvement (CSI)
4th Floor, Memorial Union
By 2:00 PM on Friday, May 18th, 2012
2. Respond to an email calling for interview sign-ups from the Prytanean Membership Chair, Ridhi Sachdev, at prytmembership@gmail.com. We will hold interviews May 21st to 24th.
You will be notified of your acceptance in late November 2012. Your active membership in Prytanean will begin Winter 2013.

Requirements:
An applicant must have Sophomore standing in the fall and must have a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher, Juniors and Seniors must have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher. Seniors may become members on the condition that they will be enrolled at UC Davis until December 2012. Students transferring from a community college must enter UC Davis with a 3.4 GPA from their former school, and must maintain a 3.2 GPA their first quarter at Davis.
In addition to completing an application, prospective members must undergo a personal interview with two current members of Prytanean. Applicants are considered on criteria based on academic achievement, leadership skills, and commitment to the society.
